A real clay pot inside. Stainless steel only on the outside.
Every GULATI tonir is built around a real clay pot - that is what you bake on. Lavash is pressed onto the hot clay wall, and the clay holds the heat the way a traditional tonir does. The walls you cook on are clay, not metal.
About this tonir
A tonir should be big enough for the whole family table. The 36″ GULATI tonir has a 17″ mouth and a deep clay belly, so big lavash sheets go onto the wall and full-length khorovats skewers hang over the coals.
Inside is a real clay pot - the wall you bake lavash on is clay, not metal. Only the outer case is stainless steel: the same heavy-duty, NSF/ANSI 4 certified build restaurants use, on 6″ heavy-duty wheels so you can roll it into place in the yard.
Charcoal or gas

Yes. Inside is a real clay pot - you bake on the clay wall, not on metal. Only the outer case is stainless steel.
How is it delivered, and what does shipping cost?

Will it fit through my doorway?
Measure first: this tonir needs an opening wider than 36″. If your doorway or gate is tight, call us before you order and we'll help you check.
